These terms describe how engagements with Escariot Systems work. By requesting work or submitting the contact form, you acknowledge the points below.
Estimates and scope
Package prices on the site are starting estimates for typical scope. Final scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing after a brief. Complex or custom work may differ from published package floors.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery means a working product in an agreed production environment (for example domain, HTTPS, and deploy for web packages). Localhost demos alone are not the default acceptance standard for production packages.
Payment
Payment schedule is agreed per engagement (commonly a deposit before work and a balance before or at handover). Work may pause if agreed payments are late.
Ownership
Work-product ownership and license terms transfer as agreed in writing for each engagement. Until full payment for that engagement, Escariot Systems may retain rights needed to complete or reclaim unfinished work.
Liability
Escariot Systems provides professional engineering services in good faith. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement, except where law requires otherwise. You remain responsible for your content, compliance, and third-party accounts.
