Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Escariot Systems collects when you use escariot.dev and how that information is used. Escariot Systems is a product engineering practice operated by an individual.

What I collect

If you submit the contact form, I receive the designation (name) you enter, a channel (email address or Telegram handle), optional project classification, briefing notes, and any package interest you selected. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and rate limiting.

Why I use it

Contact details and project notes are used only to reply to your request and discuss a possible engagement. Logs are used to protect the site from abuse (rate limits, honeypot filtering) and to keep the service available.

Storage and sharing

Lead messages are delivered to me via Telegram Bot API to a private chat I control. I do not sell personal data. I do not use contact-form data for advertising networks. Providers involved in delivery (hosting, Cloudflare, Telegram) process data under their own terms as infrastructure.

Retention and deletion

I keep lead messages as long as needed to handle the inquiry or an active engagement, then delete or archive them when no longer required. To request deletion of your contact submission, message Telegram @one_of_the_many with enough detail to identify the request.

Contact

Questions about this policy: Telegram @one_of_the_many or the contact form on escariot.dev.
